Necessary Behavior is an organization dedicated to social justice, sharing educational resources, and creating a safer future for everyone. I got hired as a Graphic Design intern and worked closely with the members of the graphic design/animation department.

I worked on several projects such as the monthly/weekly newsletters, creating typography animations for their podcast episodes, social media posts, animated gifs, and designing the merch. This led me to connect and collaborate with the other departments in the organization and gain a lot of experience working in a professional environment.

All the designs were made to cater towards people who share the same values of social justice and wanting to learn more about what's going on in the world as well as what they could do to help. Most of the deadlines for the projects I had during the internship were 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
